Since about 1 in 7 mothers experience postpartum depression, anxiety, or OCD, we are here to help you navigate this challenging time and remind you that you are not alone. We also see prenatal and postnatal clients with disordered eating/body image issues who would like to work towards body acceptance and how to manage disordered-eating habits during this critical period of infant development.
