Everyone's struggles are unique. Our approach is to prioritize you and your personal journey to improve your mental health. Unlike other platforms, we invest in meeting with you for a consultation so we can understand your specific challenges, your personal goals, and connect you with a therapist that has specialized training and subject matter expertise to support you on your journey to build a balanced life.
Finding a good therapist is not as simple as filling out an online form and checking the box for anxiety, depression or whatever your challenge may be, and then a computer matching you with a therapists that checked the same box on their application. Trial and error trying to find the right therapist can be frustrating and prolongs the journey to recovery.
During the consultation you and our Clinical Director will discuss why you're interested in starting therapy or coaching, and review your goals. We can also answer any questions you may have about our services. Consultations are by secure video conferencing session, or by phone.
