Coaching is a purely behavioral approach in identifying goals, working through obstacles, and achieving results. At Centered Mind Therapy, we provide life coaching services that can help you attain both personal and professional goals, including improving work-life balance, staying accountable in working towards goals, and finding a meaningful career and/or relationship.
During the consultation you and our Clinical Director will discuss why you're interested in starting therapy or coaching, and review your goals. We can also answer any questions you may have about our services. Consultations are by secure video conferencing session, or by phone.
