Life was meant to be joyful, meaningful, and purposeful. I view therapy as a safe, caring space to explore the life you would love to live and always wanted to create. Whether you want to roll up your sleeves and get to work or need a therapeutic sounding board, my door is open. I use evidenced based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, to assist you in achieving your goals.
