Life was meant to be joyful, meaningful, and purposeful. I view therapy as a safe, caring space to explore the life you would love to live and always wanted to create. Whether you want to roll up your sleeves and get to work or need a therapeutic sounding board, my door is open. I use evidenced based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, to assist you in achieving your goals.
My Professional Background
My professional background includes working with adults and adolescents suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD/Trauma, and relationship issues, in a variety of settings. I have worked in residential and outpatient settings as well as in-patient, schools, and private practice.

In my free time, I like to spend time with my family and my big cat nicknamed, The Furry One. I like to bake, hike, kayak, and travel. I love quiet time and taking the opportunity to meditate and recharge. The mountains and being out in nature in general help me to rejuvenate so I can be my best.
