Therapist | LCSW

I believe therapy can be for everyone. It is a wonderful support for day to day issues and expected life transitions, as well as major life crises. I work to connect with my clients and build a strong sense of comfort and rapport. I am an empathetic and non judgmental listener who is skilled at understanding various perspectives. When looking for growth and change, I will guide clients to find their own strengths and empower them as change agents in their own lives. I use various therapy modalities including elements of DBT and CBT, as well as mindfulness. I come from a person centered, solution-focused, and strengths based perspective. My approach is adaptable depending on the unique needs of each individual presented.

I have worked for over 20 years in various settings including mental health clinics, educational settings, home based settings, therapeutic placements and private practice.
