I believe that growth can only happen when you feel safe with and connected to your therapist. My priority is to provide that space for you. Together, we will delve into the depths of your experiences, providing you with a space to gain insight, heal, and develop a greater understanding of yourself. Whether you seek to navigate challenging life situations, process past traumas, or explore personal growth, I am here to accompany you on your journey. My style is empathetic, warm, and collaborative. I draw from a psychodynamic approach, while also pulling from cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidenced based approaches.
