When you work with me, you will experience a warm, interactive and authentic person. I encourage a collaborative therapeutic environment that strengthens your skills to manage life stressors, so you can feel your best self. In therapy, you and your goals are my top priority. I understand feeling lost, overwhelmed, stressed, depressed, and anxious are difficult emotions, and can sometimes disrupt our personal well-being, work-life and relationships.
I believe in fostering a “life worth living.” Together, you and I will work on finding “what works for you” to increase your self-confidence in managing life stressors and ability to dealing with difficult emotions.
My therapeutic approach takes on an integrative/eclectic style using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic to help you achieve your goals in therapy.
