My approach to therapy is strength based and collaborative. I believe you are an expert on your own life and I am here to assist you on your journey. I primarily use a CBT approach but also draw from different areas in order to tailor the therapy experience to best meet your needs. In addition, I also like to incorporate mindfulness methods to find balance in this busy and stressful life. I place a strong value on holding a safe therapeutic space where we can work together to move towards your goals.
