I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Relationships, Grief & Loss, and Self-Esteem. I have trained and learned from some of the top anxiety specialists in the field. I like to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapies and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
