I utilize an eclectic approach that is compromised of Humanistic, Mindfulness, Client Centered, Acceptance and Commitment, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Your overcoming struggles and barriers while building your strengths will be the focus of our work together.

My Professional Background

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My experience includes working with individuals over the ages of 18 years old in an inpatient and outpatient settings over the past 22 years. I have worked with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD and life transitions.
