My Professional Background
I have first-hand knowledge of the impact of unresolved mental health problems. I utilize a strengths-based approach pulling from Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Solution-focused modalities regularly with clients to effectively process, work through, and manage mental health struggles. It is very important to me that my clients feel seen and heard, and I will put in the work on my end to create a safe and authentic space for healing to occur.
