I believe that therapy should be a safe space to be our authentic selves, receiving radical acceptance and unconditional support throughout this process. My approach with clients is collaborative, meaning that I will meet you where you are at and take things at the speed that you need to go. You are the expert of your own life, and I am here to support you through it!

My Professional Background

I have first-hand knowledge of the impact of unresolved mental health problems. I utilize a strengths-based approach pulling from Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Solution-focused modalities regularly with clients to effectively process, work through, and manage mental health struggles. It is very important to me that my clients feel seen and heard, and I will put in the work on my end to create a safe and authentic space for healing to occur.
