What makes therapy so special is that it is a catalyst for growth. Sometimes people feel stuck, and this is when a therapist can bring their experience and resources to the person to improve their situation. I believe that therapy should be an active effort to work on goals a person has for themselves that improves the individual’s quality of life.
My Professional Background
I started my career working in a Crisis Stabilization Unit 11 years ago. I have mainly worked with adults from 18 to in the eighties. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, addictions, and in life transitions.
