My practice is mission oriented with a goal of forming a working relationship based on trust and safety to try to seek change and hope for the individual. I like to combine acceptance based strategies with change based ones using evidence based practice as a framework to create an opportunity for insight and growth in a low key, relaxed and inclusive space.
