Finding a therapist that you can trust and feel comfortable with is half the battle in the journey of therapy. My first priority is just that! My goal is to make therapy as comfortable, supportive and encouraging as possible for you as we grapple through this crazy thing called life.
Collaboratively let me work with you to show you that your life can get better, you can reach happiness, and things CAN change. I have a wide range of valuable experience both professionally and personally to draw upon matching your special set of needs with a therapeutic approach that is best fit for you. In a harsh world with problems that seem to be growing in intensity THERE IS HOPE.
I am very passionate and dedicated to helping people overcome anxiety, depression, and the stresses of everyday life. I am open-minded, approachable, and strive to make each individual feel at ease, respected, and most importantly-heard.
My Professional Background
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Masters degree from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University. Over the past 10 years I’ve had various experiences in many areas of mental health including but not limited to crisis intervention, anxiety, stress, end of life care, geriatrics, caregiver fatigue, grief and loss, and relationship issues.
My experience has taught me that no problem is too big or too small to face when you have someone to face it together with.
