My communication style is always compassionate and non-judgmental, working together at a pace that you are comfortable with. As a CBT therapist, I will work to help you identify and change destructive thought patterns that have a negative influence on your behavior and emotions. I also take an eclectic approach to therapy tailoring the type of therapy that I provide to meet the specific needs of each individual that I work with. I will help provide you with tools that you can use everyday to help deal with both physical and psychological negative symptoms. My goal is to help provide you relief from any negative symptoms and emotions that you may be experiencing, and to help you gain a better understanding of your situation and possible solutions.
