We work together to give you the tools you need to navigate life’s difficult moments. If you find yourself having trouble in work, school, relationships, marriage, faith, or resurfacing trauma from the past, it is ok to seek help through the process.
Facing life’s problems can sometimes feel hopeless, but you do not have to go through it alone! I offer you a safe and judgment free place where you can freely begin to share what is on your heart and mind. It is my honor to see lives and hearts transformed. I do this work because I intimately know the peace and restoration that comes from therapy and my hope is to help others attain it. I look forward to working with you
My Professional Background
I have worked with countless individuals from different walks of life and a wide array of concerns. I have supported my clients as they made changes towards becoming the person they desired to be. I truly enjoy walking alongside people in their journey of personal growth and healing.
I treat marriage and family relationship problems as well as individuals suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, and work with women dealing with pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum issues.
My years of training has led me to believe that suffering is a normal part of life and nothing to be ashamed of. I love what I do and view my profession as one of the great callings in my life. I believe we should never go through life bottling up our pain, hurts, and secrets. We are not meant to go through life alone, so let’s go through this journey together.
