Therapist | LCSW

My practice style is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based. This means, each client’s treatment is tailored to their specific presenting concerns. I will meet each client where they are in their process and help them towards improved mental health. Using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, clients will develop new and healthier coping skills or build upon their preexisting skills.
