I know that going to therapy can feel frightening and overwhelming, and sometimes, the hardest part about therapy is starting. However- you are here and you are beginning your journey to heal and rebuild. I welcome the opportunity to connect with you and learn more about how I can help you. My style is warm, empathic, and collaborative. I utilize evidence based approaches such as cognitive behavior therapy and strengths based therapy in the context of supportive, direct, and compassionate care. Together we will work to develop coping strategies for life’s many stressors including depression, anxiety, transitions and loss, relationship conflict and more. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and it is important that we collaborate on the most personalized way to help you achieve your goals, heal and rebuild.
