I believe that not everybody necessarily needs therapy, but everybody can benefit from therapy in some way. As a therapist I like to meet each client where they”re at as I recognize that everyone’s struggle is unique, and there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy. My goal as a therapist is to create a non-judgmental safe space where clients’ feel welcome and encouraged to openly discuss any topic they please.
My Professional Background
I like to utilize different therapies such as psychodynamic, CBT, ACT, person centered, and mindfulness to help clients achieve their goals. I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety and OCD, adjustment disorders, sexual and domestic abuse, anger management and mood disorders, personality disorders, and family/relationship issues. I also consider myself to be a culturally competent therapist, and have experience working with the Hispanic/Latino Community.

Fun Facts
A fun fact about me is I am a huge exotic animal lover and own two chinchillas, Chubbs and Bubbs. A lot of my free time is spent playing with and taking care of them. I also really enjoy going shopping and getting my nails done, and like to hit the gym or workout at home as often as possible.
