My deepest professional desire is to facilitate body, soul, and spiritual healing in the lives of people, so they can experience a lifestyle of wellness grounded in health peace, authenticity, self-compassion, and post-traumatic growth. I have seen trauma resolved, not just managed. With the correct forms of therapy, people can experience freedom from trauma triggers. In addition to trauma resolution, I also specialize in working with people living with despair from Asperger’s Syndrome, chronic pain, chronic illnesses, and autoimmune disorders. People most excited about working with me are those who have all but given up on therapy.
My Professional Background
I have a diverse background that includes working with people experiencing struggles with mental health, addiction, and complex trauma/PTSD in inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities, with a non-profit targeting rape crisis and victim services, and in integrated health settings. I’ve also worked with and have a deep reverence and respect for people who are active members of the military, veterans, and first responders.
