Therapist | LCSW

I am committed to providing a warm, open, and supportive space where you feel safe to share your story. My approach is grounded in kindness, collaboration, and genuine care, allowing us to build a trusting relationship at your own pace.

I believe that every person is unique, and so are their goals. Together, we will identify your priorities and work toward meaningful change, whether it’s navigating life’s challenges, managing stress, or exploring deeper emotional healing. My role is to guide and support you while honoring your strengths, individuality, and resilience.

Creating a nonjudgmental and inclusive environment is at the heart of my work. It’s my mission to empower you to grow, heal, and achieve the well-being you deserve.

My Professional Background

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work supporting individuals through life’s challenge. I have extensive experience providing compassionate, effective care in both traditional and telehealth settings. Over the years, I have developed a deep understanding of how to create meaningful, therapeutic connections through virtual platforms, offering clients flexibility and accessibility without compromising the quality of care.

My professional journey includes working in hospital settings, where I supported individuals navigating complex medical and emotional challenges. Some of my experience includes providing care to people facing acute and chronic health conditions, unexpected life changes, as well as emotional and mental health challenges. Additionally, I have experience in psychotherapy, helping people navigate a wide range of personal, relational, and professional concerns. These roles have equipped me with a well-rounded perspective, allowing me to address a wide range of mental health and wellness needs.

I also hold a certification as a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), which complements my therapeutic work by fostering a holistic approach to mental health and well-being. My diverse background enables me to integrate medical, emotional, and behavioral perspectives to meet clients where they are.
