I believe in utilizing an eclectic approach to therapy, often using varying techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. It is my hope to help clients meet their own specific needs while also providing education related to trauma. I also regularly visits public safety departments to provide care and education after traumatic events.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2016 and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2021, both from South University. I have additional certifications as a National Certified Counselor and as a Clinical Trauma Specialist.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my blended family including 2 kids and a baby, going to local music events, going to the movies and exploring walking and hiking trails in my area, especially those near a lake or river!
