We’ve all experienced life differently, but my goal is to provide you with techniques utilizing integrative approaches, including CBT, Humanism and various creative means, to include music, arts, and writing. I believe in helping you see you for what you really are, without a cookie cutter or one size fits all approach. Allow me to be your guide along this journey of achieving a better you, by living for today!

My Professional Background

As a Proud LGBTQIA+ community member, triple minority/BIPOC, trauma, sexual assault and suicide survivor, I have become better at listening with both an empathetic and sympathetic ear. A veteran educator, counselor, and consultant, my experiences have helped me to become the person I am today and my experience in working with others in similar situations has helped better my craft, one day at a time.
