LMHC

I believe an important factor in therapy is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about being genuine, non-judgmental, and to create a safe space for you to feel comfortable sharing your experiences with me. I tend to lean towards utilizing skills from CBT and DBT but keep a person centered approach that is unique to the you and your needs. I also like to bring in a sense of humor when appropriate. I am looking forward to working with you!
