Therapist | LPCC

I believe therapy is a collaborative, dynamic process. I work with clients to identify their goals, needs, and both barriers in place and ways to overcome those barriers so that they can live a full, authentic, and fulfilling life. I strive to provide a warm, accepting environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing their vulnerabilities and experimenting with new strategies and skills to grow and evolve.

My Professional Background

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and received my Masters of Arts in Counseling degree, with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from the University of San Diego in 2017. Since then, I have worked in acute, inpatient and residential, short-term crisis, as well as outpatient settings, and has experience working with children, adolescents, families, transitional age youth, and adults. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Positive Psychology, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
