I believe therapy is a collaborative, dynamic process. I work with clients to identify their goals, needs, and both barriers in place and ways to overcome those barriers so that they can live a full, authentic, and fulfilling life. I strive to provide a warm, accepting environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing their vulnerabilities and experimenting with new strategies and skills to grow and evolve.
