It’s wonderful that you took the first step to feeling better. Are you finding yourself overwhelmed by feelings of sadness? Maybe you often experience a general sense of discontent. Are you struggling with a major transition? Or perhaps you can’t stop thinking about all the things that could go wrong. If you can relate to any of these scenarios, you’re not alone. Many with similar concerns seek therapy to feel better.

Therapy is a powerful medium that provides many tools and strategies that can help you navigate life’s challenges. I’d like to invite you to reach out to me to see if therapy could help you too. You can share your concerns with me and we can work together to decide if my approach would best suit your needs. I believe the best therapeutic relationships are collaborative, empathetic, and empowering.

My Professional Background

For over 6 years, I’ve worked with individuals facing a variety of concerns. I’ve worked with survivors of sexual abuse and walked alongside them as they processed their trauma. I’ve also worked with youth in a school setting helping them work through academic issues, as well as concerns related to bullying, social relationships, parental conflict, self-esteem, and identity formation.

I’ve worked with adults and helped them sort through marital issues, life transitions, and overwhelming feelings. I pride myself on being open and accepting of everyone and have been fortunate to work with clients from all walks of life. I also have experience providing therapy in Spanish to monolingual clients.

Fun Facts

As a naturally curious person, I have always been fascinated by travel. I have loved meeting people from all across the globe and learning about their language, food, music, culture, religion, beliefs, and daily lives. I am excitingly awaiting a time when I can resume my exploration of the world. While I wait, I find joy in connecting with loved ones, taking mindful walks in my neighborhood, listening to Podcasts, and catching up on the latest content on Netflix. Although I wouldn’t call myself a foodie, I really enjoy trying new places to eat anytime I visit a new city.
