Jacque’s approach is client-centered, strength-based, and solution- focused, while using techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. She uses concepts rooted in Holistic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Transpersonal Psychology, while providing a safe, empathic, and non-judgemental space. She believes one of the best outcomes for the client is one in which the client/therapist relationship is built upon mutual respect, agreement, collaboration, and trust.

Over the last decade, Jacque has held many positions and has a wide range of experience working with youth, adults, parents, and families. She has experience in behavioral services, crisis intervention, school-based mental health, wraparound, child welfare, and adoptions.
