I have found that building trust is the most important component of a successful therapeutic relationship. To build that trust, I approach each client as an individual and in a nonjudgmental way. My goal is to meet you where you are and fully understand your strengths and challenges so we can work together to provide you with the tools that will make it possible for you to live your best life. Therapy is not “one size fits all”. Based on your needs and preferences, I use strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I have experience working with a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds, ages, needs, and challenges. This includes working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, addictions, bereavement, marital and parenting challenges, stress due to life transitions, and trauma. .
