From time to time, we all need help carrying life burdens. You have taken an important first step. As a therapist I want you to feel seen and heard. I use different approaches when working with clients, being aware that each individual comes with different needs. Cognitive behavioral therapy, ACT, solution-focused are on top of my list. I believe in the connection of spirit, mind and body and encourage clients to work on all three. Techniques and tools can be effective but most importantly I strive to provide a safe and compassionate environment in which individuals can process feelings, make healthy goals and gain the freedom to live the life they want.
