As a therapist, I wish to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to work towards their goals and increase their overall quality of life. It’s a working relationship where I get to be there for my clients, as a source of support and help guide clients to change their behaviors to meet their goals and needs. I truly believe that I learn just as much from my clients as they do from me. Id like to be there for you when you need an extra push of support and guidance, will work through your concerns and needs together. I navigate in therapy with the framework of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy; this helps me be able to objectively see the world through my clients eyes and identify the root of the issue so we can get you back to feeling like your best self.
My Professional Background
I received my B.A in Psychology at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where I was passionate about mental health awareness and student safety.
