My approach to therapy is based on mutuality, empathy and respect. I see my role as a facilitator, assisting you on coping with life challenges while providing a safe, non-judgmental space to uncover your strengths and power to create the life that you want. I believe in a holistic approach that integrates mind, body and spirit.
I utilize a framework of cognitive behavioral therapy that focuses on how our thoughts effect our emotions, behaviors and habits. Mindfulness, visualization and guided imagery are also methods that I employ. Creating a joyful life is my definition of success.
