My therapeutic approach derives from solution focused, creative, and strength-based interventions. My goal for my clients is to give them the tools they need to succeed outside of therapy.

My Professional Background

I have been known to be honest, challenging, empathetic, and positive with my clients. I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space for client’s to be themselves, learn about themselves, and strive to be the best versions of them they can possibly be. I enjoy taking the time to understand a client’s reasoning for therapy and guiding them to process those reasons to live their most functional lives.

I individualize my modalities and therapeutic interventions based on the client’s needs as I find that not all clients benefit from one technique or speciality. I take the time to integrate interventions from all walks of life.

As a trauma specialist I find that focusing on a good foundation of coping skills is the best way to begin to process events and grow from them. This foundation will also help in the long run to deal with future events that may arise in an individual’s life. My goal is to create strong foundations for all my clients to be able to handle whatever life may throw their way; to create confidence, resilience, and strength to live their best lives.

Fun Facts

My hobbies include spending time with my family doing outdoor activities such as riding bike, skating, playing volleyball, etc. I also love DISNEY! In addition, I enjoy to read, work on different crafts, and home improvements.
