I help people during difficult periods of life whether it’s caused by relationships with loved ones, illness, loss and grief, lifestyle changes caused by transitioning and being able to get to the reasons and ways to manage health issues and other issues that would affect your mental health wellbeing.

My Professional Background

My professional experience and practice is based on strength based intervention and how to learn about clients unique strengths and the natural capabilities each client has. I achieve this by asking direct questions and observe body language, emotion. tone and behavior and how to reach into the skills that each person has and be able to utilize their strength and feel energized and to reach higher levels of self-esteem , well-being and to accomplish other desirable outcomes.

Fun Facts

My personal life consists of; taking care of my wonderful dog named Milo and taking him to the dog park every weekend for socialization! I enjoy working out at the gym and have a personal trainer to guide me through building strength and confidence during my workout. I also enjoy painting with acrylics, watercolor and drawing with pencil and capturing still life and landscapes.
