My therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic — I believe that mind, body and the social environment are inextricably linked, and aim to work collaboratively to cultivate a safe and compassionate space for emotional expression and self-exploration. My focus is primarily psychodynamic, gently guiding the process of introspection into current and past relationships / family dynamics, supplemented with techniques from CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
