I believe the therapeutic process is about relationship and connection. I love supporting people through the difficulties of life. In doing so, I love to laugh, joke, connect, be real, and down to earth. I have a thought-provoking approach to treatment. My approach allows me to directly connect with clients in a manner that is comfortable and authentic. Through treatment I provide my clients with healthy challenges, and autonomy in guiding their own treatment. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients’ process their feelings and emotions leading to growth.
I use a variety of modalities which incorporate best practice from DBT, CBT and Psycho-education. I believe in a strength based, person- centered approach that is holistic, eclectic and guided by the individual needs of the client and their family.
