I enjoy working with individuals to support them in overcoming the challenges they face with anxiety, depression, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, and other general issues. I teach my clients to pay close attention to their thoughts, and to understand how their thoughts impact their emotions, and how their emotions influence their behaviors. Seeking mental health support can seem scary or strange, but it is a necessary step to heal and grow in order to reach improved overall health. I believe it is a wonderful journal that I am privileged to take with my clients, and I am happy to be a apart of their journey.
My Professional Background
I have worked with individuals facing mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and other day-to-day stressors for more than two and a half years. I have gained great knowledge over the years and look forward to continue to grow and learn as a clinician.
