I believe it is important to foster an environment that promotes trust and accountability. Early on in treatment, it is important to form the client and therapist relationship before working towards change. As our time progresses, I consider myself a highly change oriented therapist because this is where I see the most positive client results. Vulnerability and accountability go hand and hand and I like to combine person centered, cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral approaches to assist client’s in creating the life they want for themselves.
My Professional Background
I received my masters in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University in 2021.
