Therapist | LCSW

As a mental health therapist, my goal is to help you find your inner strength and gain confidence to tackle challenges and struggles in your life. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and affirming environment where we will work collaboratively to start the process of healing. I am passionate about providing culturally sensitive care and helping people to recognize their strengths. I am devoted to working with people from marginalized racial/cultural groups around the trauma of living in a system of oppression.

My approach to treatment is integrative meaning that I will combine different therapeutic approaches and tools to address your unique needs. I also have a holistic approach in which we will explore the impact of your concerns on your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
