My treatment approach is strength based, positive and uplifting, versus “problem” focused. My style is gentle, calm, empathic, compassionate, nonjudgmental, respectful, relaxed and safety inducing. An area of strength is ability for insight around deeper meaning (assisting in making subconscious material, conscious; utilization of symbol and metaphor). I am also a Chopra certified meditation instructor and bring that as an additional area of specialty.
