I believe in meeting my patients where they are at and encouraging them to reach their treatment goals in a supportive, collaborative, and positive way. I am active in treatment and will always be offering different ideas and interventions to help assist with any presenting issue that may be occurring. My goal is to help patients problem solve, stay safe, and develop positive wellbeing and outlook.

Fun Facts
Residing in the Adirondacks of New York I am always outdoors walking, cycling, working on new projects at home, or by the pool. The Adirondacks provides warmth and beautiful scenery any time of the year to enjoy and relax. I enjoy personal fitness and ongoing education. If not on foot, you can find me on two wheels riding with other family and friends on our motorcycles. I am very relaxed and easy going.
