I use a person-centered, strength-based approach when working with clients. I work within a compassionate, open, accepting, and loving environment where I guide and plant seeds for clients to connect to their grace, power, and inner light. Through self-renewing rituals, I teach a client how to explore grounding, stillness, and presence. I utilize the body and movement as a resource to tap into wisdom, hidden processes, and realizations within the “Self” – mind/body/spirit/soul. I help guide a client to become more deeply connected to support fuller expression, health, and vitality.

Fun Facts
In my spare time I love to hang out in my hammock outside, go salsa dancing, take my dog on walks, paint rocks, travel the world, cook, and try new vegan/vegetarian foods. I also love to volunteer for local organizations and save sea life one straw or plastic bag at a time!
