I am dedicated to helping and empowering people going through stressful times, those dealing with past traumas, those who feel stuck, or those who want to set goals. I am committed to working together to bring out the therapist and expert within to reach an appropriate state of mind, body, and spirit that is unique to the client. Each client is unique and will have an agreed-upon plan of treatment. Depending on the client’s needs, there might be homework assignments. During the initial phase, it is extremely critical to determine if the client feels comfortable and if I am able to provide the appropriate services based on my experience. Progress for each client varies, but each success (defined together) is celebrated by acknowledgment and praise while any setback is learned from to build resiliency. Progress is a process and requires patience. I am extremely passionate, compassionate, and patient. “The good life is a process, not a state of being.” – Carl Rogers
