My approach is client centered; clients know themselves the best and I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and evolve.I have applied a range of therapeutic modalities into my practice including Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Structural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Systems Therapy.
My Professional Background
My motivation to pursue a career in mental health stems from a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of individuals and families. My experience includes working with couples, individuals, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, life transitions, and low self-esteem.
