I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey. In our sessions, I provide a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and confidential space where clients can express their concerns openly. Together, we will establish their goals early in the process and regularly review them to track their progress. My role is to assist them – like a supportive passenger – while they navigate their path to healing. I strive to meet them where they are in their journey. By fostering dialogue and building rapport, I am able to understand their unique situation deeply. My approach is conversational and supportive, often described by clients as akin to talking with a close friend! I focus on empowering them to view challenges from different perspectives and equip them with practical strategies that they can apply between sessions.
