Therapy is the best way to process and decompress from our day-to-day stress and feel recharged and ready for the next challenge. Therapy helps you with anything you allow, and you are open for therapy to help you with. Someone who seeks therapy is stronger than those who think they don’t need help. I like to meet with all my clients in whatever stage of their lives they might be in a non-judgmental, empathetic, and therapeutic way.
My Professional Background
I have over twelve years of experience in the social service field. I have mostly worked with State Agencies in various roles (Probation, Parole and Investigations). I transitioned to focus on working with mental health counseling in 2020. I have worked and gained valuable experience in various agencies (Emergence Health Network, El Paso Behavioral Health, Peak Behavioral Health, and the State Mental Health Hospital). Every place I have worked for has given me a new tool and knowledge that I use to connect with my clients.

Fun Facts
I love spending time with my kids and family doing a lot of outside activities (fishing, soccer, taekwondo, dirt bikes, you name it)! I enjoy going on small road trips and vacations to meet new people, have fun and, most importantly, recharge. I love learning about new cultures and learn something new from everyone I meet. We never stop learning!
