Individual therapy is a modality that I provide for those seeking help. A place where a person feels comfortable and accepting to change their ways or behaviors. A place they look for, to confide in a individual who is non judgmental and has the tools to assist a person looking to heal. My approach with my clients is person-centered, where their focus is primarily reaching their goals throughout therapy.
Other approaches that I have found to be a common use in my practice are reframing/challenging negative thoughts, Managing moods and Solution focused based practices. With my ability to be interchangeable with my clients, my therapeutic approaches are endless.
