My therapy approach is solution focused, client centered, collaborative and strength-based. The goal of therapy is not to tell you what to do, but to work with you to help you achieve your goals; goals that we will set up together. I can direct, assist, advise, inform, or educate based on your needs. You are the expert in yourself.

I am a single mom of two wonderful young adults. I have a son, 22, with ADHD who is an incredibly gifted artist and finding his way in this world. I have a daughter, 20 who is finished up her last year of college and will go on to get a PhD in Industrial/Organization Psychology. I enjoy reading and belong to an all female book club. I like to work out. I enjoy cooking. I enjoy taking pictures and videos of family and friends and then editing them so I can be considered a little bit of a computer geek. Being from NY, I love everything from my Yankees to Broadway shows. I am thrill seeker and love adventure. Lastly my favorite season is the summer; I enjoy going to the beach and camping!
