I like to use a gentle, caring, non-judgmental and creative approach. EMDR can be so wonderful when dealing with trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and a lot of other problems that keep us stuck. I am trained in EMDR and its component, Flash, as well as other trauma-informed, creative and energy modalities. I offer a sharing space for us to meet.
