“Love has an immense ability to help heal the devastating wounds that life sometimes deals us. Love enhances our sense of connection to the larger world. Loving responsiveness is the foundation of a truly compassionate, civilized society” and “to be human is to need others and this is no flaw or weakness” was best expressed by Susan Johnson, a leading innovator in the field of couples therapy and adult attachment. I have dedicated myself to lifelong learning, always seeking to expand my mind and be a beacon of hope, offering support and encouragement to those in need. My hope is to assist you in achieving your goals, while helping you increase your self-worth, self-efficacy, and have an overall improvement in how you love and relate to yourself, others, and the community. I believe there is no “one size” fits all approach to therapy, however, common modalities and frameworks that I utilize are appropriately tailored to address and target your specific needs. I am an empathic, authentic, and an attuned facilitator. I take a person centered and active approach in joining you on your therapeutic journey. As a facilitator, I take the role as a therapeutic agent, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration. We will work collaboratively on identifying presenting issues, patterns attributing to the problem, maladaptive thought patterns, and emotions influencing behaviors. I will assist you with increasing self-awareness, promote understanding of emotions, and provide you with the necessary tools for emotional regulation so that there is continued healing and for you to be a beacon of hope unto others.

My Professional Background
