My approach is to focus on your strengths and build on them, and help you move forward. I tend to use a lot of humor with my clients, and have distilled many strategies for different problems into digestible bites. Offering hope, validation, and encouragement are ingredients in all of my sessions.
My Professional Background
I worked in child and adolescent outpatient clinics for about 20 years, did home-based clinical work for 5, was a supervisor full-time at an agency and had a small private practice for 10, ran an outpatient department for 1 1/2.

I am married to Joe, who is a professional photographer and also a collector of slot cars and antique toys. I am a huge dog person (actually animal lover in general). Georgia is my big fluffy therapy dog. I love hiking, eating, laughing, and going to movies.
